First impressions are everything, so share this survey with new members to learn what sort of impression your club has made on them in their first few months of membership.

This survey is built of 1-10 ratings, multiple-choice questions, yes or no sections, and sections for comments in your new member’s own words. The questions themselves are focused on figuring out why they chose golf, their experience in the sport, and why they chose your venue to play it in, along with assessing their experience at your club in general. With these questions, paint a clearer image of who your new members are and what it is that draws them to your club, along with how we can enrich their experience to make sure they stay happy with you for the duration of their membership.

Frequently Asked Questions

In order for the new members to be able to evaluate the onboarding process thoroughly we recommend that you send out the survey invitations no sooner than two months after they have started.
